Old Town House - Request for Information
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Town of Hampden for the purpose of gathering information from qualified developers, institutions, nonprofit organizations, and other partners interested in purchasing, leasing, or partnering with the Town on the reuse of the property located at 625 Main Street, Hampden, MA, historically known as the Old Town House and referred to as such herein.
The Town is evaluating a range of structures for the building's future, including public-private partnership, sale with lease-back to the Town, long-term ground lease, and outright sale. Respondents may address one or more structures in their submission. This RFI is exploratory and does not constitute a formal solicitation or procurement. Participation is voluntary and at the sole expense of the respondent.
The Town seeks information from developers, cultural and educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, health and human services providers, small business and coworking operators, and housing developers that may be interested in utilizing the facility for community-serving, cultural, institutional, commercial, residential, or compatible mixed-use concepts.
